Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times

Total estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days from order date for standard shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been accepted and production has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping fees may apply for returned-to-sender orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@gethushd.com. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
